Fulfillment Policy

T4 Global Solutions Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing a clear and transparent fulfillment process for all our clients. This policy outlines how we handle the delivery of our services and ensures you understand what to expect after purchasing or engaging with us.
1. Scope of Services
This Fulfillment Policy applies to all consulting, property management, and related services provided by T4 Global Solutions Inc. as described in our agreements, proposals, or invoices.
2. Service Delivery Timeline
Consulting Services: Timelines will be defined in the project proposal or agreement. We strive to initiate services within the agreed timeframe after receiving all required information and payment (if applicable).
Ongoing Management Services: Begin on the mutually agreed start date as stated in the service contract.
Special Projects: Delivery timelines will be communicated and approved prior to commencement.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely fulfillment, clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information.
Responding to communications within agreed timelines.
Meeting any agreed payment terms as outlined in the contract.
4. Changes and Delays
If delays occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., third-party dependencies, regulatory approvals, client delays), we will:
Notify you promptly.
Provide an updated timeline.
Adjust deliverables if mutually agreed upon.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Before Service Commencement: Clients may cancel in writing before services begin. Any prepaid amounts will be refunded, minus any administrative or preparatory costs incurred.
After Service Commencement: Cancellations will be handled in accordance with the service agreement. Refunds may not be available once work has started.
6. Non-Delivery
If we are unable to fulfill a service for any reason, we will:
Notify you immediately.
Provide alternative options where possible.
Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the stage of the project.
