1. Scope of Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Full-Service Property Management – Tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial oversight.

  • Property Management Consulting – Strategic guidance for operational efficiency and asset value growth.

  • Tenant & Lease Administration – Lease processing, renewals, and compliance management.

The scope and details of each engagement are agreed upon in a signed service agreement or contract before work begins.

2. Service Delivery

  • Start of Services: Services commence once the service agreement is signed, initial requirements are provided, and any applicable fees or deposits are received.

  • Method of Delivery: Services are delivered in person, remotely, or through a combination of both, depending on the engagement terms.

  • Timelines: Project timelines are determined by the service agreement. Adjustments may be made by mutual agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective service delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete property-related information

  • Respond promptly to communication requests

  • Comply with contractual obligations, including payment schedules

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the signed service agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

  • Payments are due as per the invoicing schedule

  • Late payments may result in delayed services or additional fees

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Either party may terminate services in accordance with the termination clause in the service agreement.

  • Refunds: As services are professional in nature, refunds are generally not applicable once work has commenced. Any exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
