2. Service Delivery Process

  1. Initial Consultation – Once a service is requested, we confirm project requirements and scope with the client.

  2. Agreement & Payment – Services commence after mutual agreement on terms and, where applicable, receipt of payment.

  3. Project Execution – Our team delivers the agreed services according to the scope, timelines, and quality standards discussed.

  4. Completion & Review – Upon completion, we provide all deliverables and conduct a review session to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Timelines

  • Delivery timelines vary based on service type and project scope.

  • Timelines will be communicated in writing before service commencement.

  • Delays caused by incomplete client information, late approvals, or unforeseen events will be communicated promptly.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely fulfillment, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the service.

  • Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals.

  • Meet agreed payment terms to avoid service delays.

5. Revisions and Adjustments

  • Reasonable revisions are included as part of our services, provided they align with the original project scope.

  • Additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges and extended timelines.

6. Non-Performance & Cancellations

  • If T4 Consulting Inc. is unable to fulfill a service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified immediately and offered a reschedule or partial refund (if applicable).

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
