Fulfillment Policy

At T4 Legacy Group Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality consulting, management, and purchasing solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how our services are delivered, the expectations we set, and how we handle cancellations or adjustments.

1. Service Delivery

  • All services are delivered according to the terms outlined in the client agreement or statement of work (SOW).

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on the scope and complexity of each project.

  • Consulting sessions may be conducted in person, virtually (via video or phone conference), or through written reports, depending on client needs and agreed terms.

2. Project Timelines

  • Project timelines will be clearly communicated during the onboarding process.

  • Any changes to project deadlines will be discussed with the client and documented in writing.

  • Delays caused by incomplete or missing client information may result in revised timelines.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely fulfillment of services, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required to perform services.

  • Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, or additional documentation.

  • Honor scheduled meeting times or notify us in advance if changes are required.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule consulting sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee, as outlined in the client agreement.

  • For ongoing projects, termination or cancellation is governed by the service agreement or contract in place.

5. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of consulting and management services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been delivered.

  • If a client is unsatisfied with the service, we encourage them to contact us so that we can address concerns and work toward a resolution.

  • Any exceptions to refunds will be at the sole discretion of T4 Legacy Group Inc., as stated in the service contract.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final balances, will be outlined in the client agreement.

  • Services will only be fulfilled once agreed payments are received according to the outlined schedule.
