  • Milestones: For consulting or project-based work, milestones and deliverables will be outlined in writing and approved by both parties.

  • We will provide regular updates via email, phone, or meetings as agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Delays and Adjustments

  • Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., client delays, force majeure, regulatory changes) may result in revised timelines.

6. Payment Terms

  • Services will be delivered in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
