Consulting services.
Administrative and operational support.
2. Service Delivery
Start Date: Services commence on the agreed-upon start date as outlined in the signed contract or service agreement.
Timeframes: Project or service timelines will be specified in the agreement. Any adjustments will be communicated promptly.
Milestones: For consulting or project-based work, milestones and deliverables will be outlined in writing and approved by both parties.
3. Communication
We will provide regular updates via email, phone, or meetings as agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and successful fulfillment, clients must:

5. Delays and Adjustments
Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., client delays, force majeure, regulatory changes) may result in revised timelines.
If delays occur, we will notify the client and work collaboratively to adjust schedules where possible.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each client agreement.
Services will be delivered in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms will be specified in the client agreement.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the services already delivered and costs incurred.
Some services may be non-refundable if work has commenced or been completed.
8. Dispute Resolution
